So put together any basket of items that adds up to £60 or more, and apply code "ZG310" for £30 off. Let me know if you see any good deals I have missed.

Now, a word of warning. Additions Direct are pretty sly, and won't think twice of just charging you more than the checkout process says (which is actually illegal), and making you fight to get the price you were quoted. It will probably work out ok, but I have had bad experiences with them in the past. I would say document the entire transactions with screendumps, just to be on the safe side.

By 'sly,' I assume you mean they charge you without the discount, then they refund you the discount when they post your order. Not too sure of the legality of this, but when I used the £20 off £40 voucher, they refunded me when they posted it out, like they said. I'd pay by credit card just to be safer though.

They do definitely do that, but there have also been times when it has taken me phoning them up and arguing because they have charged me the full amount and then not refunded the difference.

Basically, I don't really trust them all that much.

anyone know anything on there for about £2? need to make my basket up to 60

I have found this for £3, can't find anything for £2 though, sorry.

ace, I need pillow cases anyway.

UFC Undisputed, 2100ms points and pillow cases for £31 cannot be argued with.

LewieP said...

Yeah, that is a great set of stuff.

I think you will need to pay P&P on top of that though right?

yeah, think it came to about £33 with P&P, as there was a further VAT reduction on all of the items when you get to checkout.

Just got stung by them. Got charged full whack for Guitar Hero World Tour on Wii rather than the £42.46 I was expecting.

LewieP said...

It is worth giving it some time, I believe that they sometimes charge the full whack, then refund the difference after the items have shipped.

Eeeh, so they did. Checked my account and they did a subsequent refund. Quite a strange way of doing it, but anyway.
