Scarface: The World Is Yours, Wii - £14.99 delivered
This was a real guilty pleasure of mine on the Xbox. I've not even seen the film but I had a lot of fun with this game. It felt like a streamlined version of GTA, in fact, a lot of the cool new features from GTA4 were in this game first. From what I hear the Wii controls are great too. I didn't realise at the time, but this is from the same developer as Hulk: Ultimate Destruction, and they really know how to make open world games. The graphics and music are fantastic too. Don't forget that if you have an HMV student card, you can use it online too, bringing this down to £13.49.
Buy it you cock-a-roach.

I've never played this one. I got the Godfather on the Wii which has very enjoyable controls so would assume that this would be similar to that.
